Ahamed was born on the 5th of August 1985 in Burao, Somaliland, and his early years were replete with a love for football that he developed within a lively footballing culture in his home country.
Having joined the senior team of Fløya, Ahamed’s journey towards professional football began, and he showed off his innate skill and determination while playing. However, it was at Tromsdalen, where he moved to in 2006, that molded him into a successful Norwegian player. He became more goal-oriented at Tromsdalen during his three-year stay.
